Administrative Requirements definition

Administrative Requirements means the effective edition of ECOLOGY's Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans at the signing of this agreement.
Administrative Requirements means The Administrative Requirements for Use with The National Building Code.
Administrative Requirements means, individually and collectively, Blue Shield’s and/or, where applicable, Health Plan’s guidelines, policies, procedures, medical policy, manuals, instructions, bulletins, directives, Bylaws, Review Committee Guidelines, publications, newsletters, and/or other documents applicable to Health Plan programs, either in written or electronic format.

  • The Grantee agrees to comply with the organizational audit requirements of 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and further understands and agrees that funds may be withheld, or other related requirements may be imposed, if outstanding audit issues (if any) from their organization’s single audit are not satisfactorily and promptly addressed.

  • Awardee must administer funds received pursuant to this Agreement in accordance with all applicable federal and state requirements, including those sections of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 CFR Part 200, that apply to ARPA CSLFRF Revenue Replacement Funds.

  • It is, therefore, not subject to policies, regulations, terms, conditions, or other requirements of LTP or any third party (including, but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and any agency supplement thereto, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards) that relate only to suppliers and vendors of goods or services.

  • Without limiting the forgoing, Awardee shall comply with those sections of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 CFR Part 200 (UG), as adopted by the Department of Treasury at 2 CFR Part 1000 and as set forth in the Assistance Listing for ARPA/CSLFRF (21.027), that apply to ARPA CSLFRF Revenue Replacement Funds.

Administrative Requirements means those matters common to grants in general, such as financial management, kinds and frequency of reports, and retention of records. These are distinguished from programmatic requirements, which concern matters that can be treated only on a program-by-program or grant-by-grant basis, such as kinds of activities that can be supported by grants under a particular program.
