Group Account definition

Group Account means the bank account established by the Group solely for the benefit of the Group and into which Administrator shall deposit the residual amounts to which the Group is entitled following the application of the priority of payments set forth in Section 7.6 below.
Group Account means the account, identified by an account number, established for two or more employers whose application to become liable for payments in lieu of contributions and for sharing the cost of benefits paid by them, has been approved by the department in accordance with Subsection E of Section 51-1-13 NMSA 1978.

More Definitions of Group Account

Group Account means your Group store of value, being the record maintained by the Bank of the amount of E-Money from time to time held by a Group micro enterprise in the Mobile Money System.
