Assigned Account definition

Assigned Account means any Account that may from time to time be identified in writing as an Assigned Account by the Collateral Agent.
Assigned Account means any Account designated in writing as an Assigned Account by the Collateral Agent in accordance with Clause 9.3 (Accounts after Security becomes enforceable).
Assigned Account means the Account with account number [ ] (account name J. & W. Examples of Assigned Account in a sentence

  • On and after the date hereof, you shall also include such notice plainly and conspicuously as a legend on the face of each invoice you issue representing an Assigned Account.

  • Each Loan Party acknowledges and agrees that the Administrative Agent has (and is hereby granted to the extent it does not already have) a Lien on each Assigned Account and all funds contained therein to secure the Secured Obligations.
