Assigned Account definition

Assigned Account means any Account that may from time to time be identified in writing as an Assigned Account by the Collateral Agent.

Assigned Account means the Account with account number [ ] (account name Closure Systems International (UK) Limited) (and any renewal or redesignation of such account) maintained with HSBC by the Chargor and any other Account that may from time to time be identified in writing as an Assigned Account by the Collateral Agent.

Assigned Account means any Account designated in writing as an Assigned Account by the Collateral Agent in accordance with Clause 9.3 (Accounts after Security becomes enforceable).

Examples of Assigned Account in a sentence

More Definitions of Assigned Account

Assigned Account means any Mandatory Prepayment Account (as defined in any Debt Document (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement)) and any other account that may from time to time be identified in writing as an Assigned Account by the Security Trustee and the Company in accordance with the terms of the applicable Transaction Security Documents, including any renewal or redesignation of such accounts.
