STATE HOLIDAYS. The state holidays observed are maintained by the State Auditor’s Office and may be accessed at: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/Holidays. HHSC does not specifically require services to be performed on these holidays. To fulfill the required services, as applicable, the Contractor may perform the services on a holiday observed by HHS at NO additional expense to the HHS Agency. Performance of services on a state holiday requested by HHSC will be performed and invoiced at the Contract rate for Outside Regular Hours.
STATE HOLIDAYS. The staff of the Manager assigned to this Agreement shall observe only official State holidays or holidays which the New York Stock Exchange is closed.
STATE HOLIDAYS. Telenor shall respect all state holidays in the Republic of Serbia. In order to provide uninterrupted operations, Telenor may request from an Employee to work during any state holiday granting him/her in return days-off. The Company General Manager (CEO) may approve that the whole Company uses one additional day as a holiday – day-off for some other reason, unless it is contrary to the interest of the work process.
