Education Account definition

Education Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take education distributions as described in Section 5.5. The Education Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

Education Account means a Deferred Benefit Account established pursuant to Section 4.1.

Education Account is an In-Service Account which will be used by the Participant for educational purposes.

The Education Account shall be established, adjusted for payments, credited with Salary Deferral Credits, and credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses in the same manner and at the same time as such adjustments are made to the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 9 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 9.
