Telephone Reimbursement. The Employer shall automatically 13 reimburse each Home Health and Hospice nurse working 32-40 hours/week a 14 monthly stipend of forty dollars ($40.00) and each Home Health and Hospice 15 nurse working below 32 hours/week a monthly stipend of thirty-five dollars 16 ($35.00) for personal cellular telephone use for work purposes. Resource nurses 17 will utilize an Employer provided cellular telephone. The Employer may require 18 documentation of charges. The Employer will continue to reimburse nurses for 19 work-related pay phone calls. 20

Telephone Reimbursement. Reimbursement/provision of a telephone is no longer limited to work phones used for on-call purposes. Transition to retirement: When an employee reduced their hours under a transition to retirement arrangement, they will retain the accrual of long service leave immediately prior to the reduction of hours. Pay point progression: Clarification of annual pay point progression and insertion of an additional clause that provides that “measures of competence and satisfactory performance will be reasonable and achievable.” Accident Make Up Pay: Entitlement has been improved for part-time employees on fluctuating hours (now taking additional hours into consideration).
