Recall to Sample Clauses
The "Recall to" clause grants one party the right to require the return or redelivery of goods, materials, or assets previously provided to the other party. Recall to a base shall be in order of seniority, first in the classification, and then in the other classification, including those employees who have requested transfer or change of status in accordance with Article 12 and those employees on layoff who have requested recall in accordance with Article 10.12.01.
Recall to. An employee recalled to work after having completed his day of work and having left the establishment of the employer is remunerated for all such work at one and one-half times his regular hourly rate with a guarantee of four (4) hours per call.
