Therefore an employee who chooses to return to work after maternity leave will be paid a lump sum bonus of addition to Maternity Leave Child Care Leave, the Employer may grant the employee up to an additional weeks of leave without pay to the employee who makes the request in writing at least four (4) weeks before taking such additional leave of absence. Total maternity leave, child care leave and leave without pay should not exceed weeks.
