Telephone Reimbursement. The Employer shall automatically 13 reimburse each Home Health and Hospice nurse working 32-40 hours/week a 14 monthly stipend of forty dollars ($40.00) and each Home Health and Hospice 15 nurse working below 32 hours/week a monthly stipend of thirty-five dollars 16 ($35.00) for personal cellular telephone use for work purposes. Resource nurses 17 will utilize an Employer provided cellular telephone. The Employer may require 18 documentation of charges.
