Upon the execution, delivery, acceptance and recording of a New Commitment Acceptance, from and after the Increase Date related thereto such New Lender shall be a party hereto and have the rights and obligations of a Lender hereunder having the Commitment specified therein (or such lesser Commitment as shall be allocated to such New Lender in accordance with Section 2.06(b)(vi) or 2.15(d)).
