Immediate Family Member. An immediate family member is a spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee, or a child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the spouse of the employee.
Immediate Family Member. The term “immediate family member” means any member of your immediate family, including any relationship by blood, marriage, or adoption (i.e. your spouse, parents, children, siblings, mothers and fathers-in-law, sons and daughters-in-law, brothers and sisters- in-law) and anyone (other than domestic employees) who shares your home.
Immediate Family Member. For the purposes of this clause, immediate family member shall mean a spouse (including a former spouse), de facto partner (including a former de facto partner), child (including step or xxxxxx), parent (including a step- parent), grandparent, grandchild or sibling of the employee; or a child (including step or xxxxxx), parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a spouse (or former spouse) or de facto partner (or former de facto partner) of the employee.
Immediate Family Member. The spouse, child, father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, stepson, son-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren of the insured person.
Immediate Family Member. At the time of death of an immediate family member, an employee will be granted bereavement leave hours equal to up to three (3) days provided paid sick leave or other paid leave is accumulated to the credit of the employee and is so charged. The employee will be salary deleted if employee has no available time to use. Members of the immediate family are defined as spouse, domestic partner, civil union partner, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister, parent-in-law, or other relative or significant other living in the employee’s household. The definition of “parent” and “child” is as defined by the Hospital’s FMLA policy. At the time of death of a significant other who is not living in the employee’s household, such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Immediate Family Member. 7.6.8 For the purposes of this clause, an immediate family member is defined as:
Immediate Family Member. Mother, father, spouse, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, legal guardian, or someone who legally stands in place of a parent.
Immediate Family Member. In the event of death of spouse, children, mother, father, mother- in-law, father-in-law, sister, brother, grandchildren and grandparents or legal dependent, the individual is allowed up to three (3) days with full pay, not to be charged against the annual personal absence days. An additional two (2) days, if requested, may be granted and deducted from the annual personal absence days if approved by the Superintendent or designee.
Immediate Family Member. A person’s parents, mother-in-law or father-in-law, spouse, brother or sister, brother-in-law or sister-in-law, son-in-law or daughter-in-law and children, and any other individual to whom the person provides Material Support.
Immediate Family Member. An immediate family member shall include an employee’s spouse, parent, children, brother, sister, grandparent, father-in law, mother-in-law, brother-in- law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and domestic partner in a civil union.
