Monthly Stipend. Provided that Athlete complies with all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and established by the USOC, USA Swimming shall submit to the USOC the required documentation for the Athlete to receive the sum of XXXX per month during the Term. Payments shall be made by direct deposit to an account designated by Athlete. USA Swimming shall work with the USOC to make every effort to have the funds deposited on or before the 5th of every month during the Term.

Monthly Stipend. 11.1 Scope Global will pay You the amount specified in Item 12 during the Term in accordance with this clause 11 to provide support for Your everyday living costs during the Term such as accommodation, transport, food and entertainment (“Monthly Stipend”).

  • Monthly Invoices On or before the tenth (10th) day following the end of each calendar month, Seller shall deliver to PacifiCorp a proper invoice showing Seller's computation of Net Output delivered to the Point of Delivery during such month. When calculating the invoice, Seller shall provide computations showing the portion of Net Output that was delivered during On-Peak Hours and the portion of Net Output that was delivered during Off-Peak Hours. If such invoice is delivered by Seller to PacifiCorp, then PacifiCorp shall send to Seller, on or before the later of the twentieth (20th) day following receipt of such invoice or the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each month, payment for Seller's deliveries of Net Output and associated Green Tags to PacifiCorp.

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year.
