Anonymous Complaints. When an anonymous complaint, where the complaint, if true, would not or could not lead to criminal charges, is made against a member and no corroborative evidence is obtained through a prompt investigation by management, the complaint shall be classified as unfounded. No disciplinary action may be brought as the result of unfounded complaints.
Anonymous Complaints. The parties agree that the Policy on Handling Anonymous Complaints, which Policy, with the attached Memorandum of Agreement made the 3rd day of December of 1996, is annexed to this Agreement as its Appendix F, shall be of full force and effect as a part of this Agreement from and after the date of execution thereof.
Anonymous Complaints. Anonymous complaints may not be used as a basis for discipline. Anonymous complaints are defined as those in which the identity of the complainant is unknown, or in which the complainant’s identity is not disclosed to the faculty member. This does not preclude informal notice to the faculty member that an anonymous complaint was received, nor does it preclude the College from following up on an anonymous complaint, where evidence exists to support the complaint. The College is entitled to conduct an investigation where evidence suggests faculty member wrongdoing and follow-up with discipline where appropriate and supported by rebuttable evidence.
Anonymous Complaints. The Employer shall not issue discipline to any bargaining unit employees based solely on an anonymous complaint.
Anonymous Complaints. 1. An anonymous complaint is any oral reporting or unsigned written reporting regarding the conduct of an officer. An anonymous complaint shall not be, in and of itself, the basis for any action against an employee.

Anonymous Complaints a. For the purpose of this provision, an “anonymous complaint” shall be defined as one originating from a person whose identity cannot be determined by the administrator receiving the complaint. Furthermore, no anonymous complaints regarding instructional and supervisory practices of a staff member shall be acknowledged by the Administration and no record thereof shall be maintained.
Anonymous Complaints. When any anonymous complaint is made against an lieutenant and there is no corroborative evidence of any kind, the complaint shall be classified as Unfounded and the accused lieutenant shall not be required to submit to an interview or provide a written statement.
Anonymous Complaints. An employee’s supervisor may informally check the validity of an anonymous complaint. Before an anonymous complaint is formally investigated by any supervisor, the employee(s) shall be immediately notified of the nature and the source of the complaint.
Anonymous Complaints. 55 56 Complaints made anonymously shall not be used to reprimand a teacher. (This is not 57 intended to prevent administrators from sharing anonymous complaints with the teacher.) 1 However, this does not preclude the administration from contacting authorities or opening an 2 investigation in accordance with KRS 620.030 or applicable KRS Statutes.
