Service Schedule. 2.8.1 The CONSULTANT shall perform its services expeditiously. The CONSULTANT shall submit for the CITY’S approval a schedule for the performance for the CONSULTANT’S services which shall include allowance for time required for the CITY’S review of submissions and for approvals of authorities have jurisdiction over the Project. The CITY shall review and approve or reject any schedules submitted by the CONSULTANT within five (5) working days of said submittal. If, in the event that construction of the Project is suspended for more than thirty (30) days, the CONSULTANT shall also suspend Construction Administration Services upon request of CITY. Any time spent on the Project at the request of the CITY or on the CITY’S behalf during this suspension shall be additional services and shall be paid based on the Standard Hourly Rates attached to this contract. The reasonable term of construction upon which the fees for Construction Administration in this contract are based, shall be extended to include the period of construction suspension. This schedule, when approved by the CITY, shall not, except for cause, be exceeded by the CONSULTANT. In the event the CITY rejects any schedules submitted by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT shall submit a revised schedule within forty-eight (48) hours of said rejection. Submission of a schedule acceptable to the CITY and to which the CITY makes no objection shall be a condition precedent for any payment to the CONSULTANT.
Service Schedule. The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.
Service Schedule. 2.1. This Agreement will govern individual services to be provided by CSI to Aprisma, the details of which are set forth in the Service Schedule attached to this Agreement, as amended from time to time by the parties hereto (the "Service Schedule"). Service Schedule. The Council reserves the right to change the collection days to meet with operational requirements, where possible 7 days’ notice will be given to the Customer. If through operational difficulties the Council is not able to collect the refuse/recycling on the scheduled day the Council reserves the right to re-schedule the collection to the earliest possible opportunity without liability to the Customer. Missed Collection Missed collections must be notified to Council Connect by the end of the next working day on 01225 39 40 41 in order for the Council to arrange for a collection crew to return and empty the container(s). Service Schedule. All Services or Deliverables to be provided by Cyclerion under this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement, the “Service Schedule”). At all times, the Service Schedule shall be in writing and, at a minimum, identify and adequately describe the Services, the Deliverables and a delivery or completion date. The Service Schedule may only be amended by the JSC (as defined in Section 2.2). In the event either Party would like to amend the Services to be provided under this Agreement, it may submit a proposed amendment of the Service Schedule to the JSC and such amendment shall only be made to the Service Schedule under this Agreement upon approval of such amendment by the JSC and amendment of the Budget (as defined in Section 4.1) by the JSC as necessary to contemplate such additional Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Service Schedule, this Agreement shall govern all Services and to the extent there is any conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency between the Service Schedule and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control, unless the Service Schedule specifically references the conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency and provides that it shall govern.

Service Category Description Business Services Administration The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to benefits, payroll, taxes, and other general business functions. Corporate Controller The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to the tasks of a corporate controller, including external auditing, outsourced accounting services, and other accounting-related functions. Corporate Secretary The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to historical corporate records, and other general administrative functions. Tax (covering all types of income and non-income taxes; e.g., federal, state, property, sales/use) The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, consulting, and other activities relating to tax returns, external audits, tax payments, and other tax-related accounting functions. Includes, but is not limited to: • Filing any extensions • Preparation and filing of the final federal short period income tax return for the EFH group • Preparation and filing of all state income and franchise tax returns for the EFH group, whether relating to pre-close or post-close periods • Preparation and filing of property tax returns for the EFH group • Preparation and filing of sales/use tax returns for the EFH group • Assistance, as requested, with tax examinations, including appeals of any property tax valuations or assessments Tax-related systems integration and assistance with transitioning responsibility for the EFH group Tax function to Parent Human Resources The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to benefits, records, compliance, and other HR-related functions. Information Technology The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to Company information technology systems, including general oversight, facilities, application and infrastructure services, and other functions, including the migrating of data and information as described in Section 1.1(b). Internal Audit and SOX Compliance The administration, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and other activities relating to internal audits and SOX compliance, including administration of a key control system, management of officer certifications, and other internal compliance functions. Service Schedule. The service shall be six days a week, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Service will not be provided on the following holidays: New Year’s Day (January 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November) and Christmas Day (December 25).
