Information Technology Systems definition

Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
Information Technology Systems means all communications systems and computer systems used by a Group Company including all hardware, software and websites but excluding networks generally available to the public;
Information Technology Systems has the meaning set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.

More Definitions of Information Technology Systems

Information Technology Systems means all communications systems and computer systems used by the Company, including all hardware, software and websites (but excluding networks generally available to the public).
Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems used in the operation of the Retail Energy Business including hardware, software, middleware, tools, databases, technical and business information, know-how or other data or information, related documents, registrations and franchises, licenses or leases for any of the foregoing and all license rights and all additions, improvements, enhancements and accessions thereto, and books and records describing or used in connection with any of the foregoing.
Information Technology Systems means a Party’s information and communication technology systems and services, including but not limited to hardware, servers, software, network, infrastructure, and any transmissions emanating from or entering the aforementioned;
