Standard Hourly Rates. A. Standard Hourly Rates are set forth in Appendix 2 to this Exhibit C and include salaries and wages paid to personnel in each billing class plus the cost of customary and statutory benefits, general and administrative overhead, non-project operating costs, and operating margin or profit.

Standard Hourly Rates. A table of Standard Hourly Rates reflecting a two and one-half percent (2.5%) increase to all job grades effective the first full pay period following ratification (June 9, 2014), is attached hereto at the first rate table listed under Appendix I. Effective June 1, 2015, the standard hourly rates for all job grades will be increased by two and one- half percent (2.5%). Effective June 6, 2016, the standard hourly rates for all job grades will be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%). Effective June 5, 2017, the standard hourly rates for all job grades will be increased by three percent (3.0%). Effective June 4, 2018, the standard hourly rates for all job grades will be increased by three percent (3.0%).
Standard Hourly Rates. EF Cost Recovery’s standard hourly rates vary based upon the background, expertise and experience of the individual providing the service. Rates per hour generally vary as follows: attorneys ($325 to $695); CPAs ($175 to $425); engineers/chemists/software specialists/biologists/other scientific expertise ($325 to $695); and paralegals/administrative staff ($110). In some cases, EF Cost Recovery may elect to charge Client its standard blended hourly rate of $375/hour. Accrued time for review and analysis shall be included in the professional fees and subject to the fee cap as stated herein. Further, Client understands and agrees that EF Cost Recovery shall bill Client in minimum of quarter hour increments. EF Cost Recovery will endeavor to assign services and tasks to professionals and other personnel at the most cost-efficient level of expertise competent to perform the services or tasks required.
Standard Hourly Rates a. For the specified category of services, the Owner shall pay Engineer an amount equal to the cumulative hours charged to the Specific Project by each class of Engineer's employees times Standard Hourly Rates for each applicable billing class for all services performed on the Specific Project, plus Reimbursable Expenses and Consultant's charges, if any.

  • Hourly Rate (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the contract by the number of direct labor hours performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis.

  • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all- purpose rate divided by 36.

  • Standard Workweek Except as noted below the standard workweek for full-time employees consists of five (5) consecutive eight (8) hour days, Monday through Friday each week. Non-overtime hours and starting and quitting times for such employees shall be the same throughout the standard workweek. The standard workweek does not apply to the following:

  • Standard Hours of Work 4.2.1 The standard hours of work shall be defined as regularly scheduled twenty-four (24) hours per week or less averaged over each bi-weekly pay period.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority. If there is a change in their workweek, employees will be given written notification by the appointing authority or their designee.
