Service Frequency Clause Samples

Service Frequency. The Train Operator has Firm Rights for its Firm Train Slots to be Scheduled such that the Train Operator enjoys a reasonable distribution of Services over the hours of operation of HS1 during a Day.

Landscape Plant and Shrub Maintenance (Sidewalks): District Manager or its Subcontractors shall perform complete landscape maintenance of all contract areas identified in Section A of these Specifications (Contract Sites) including the following: irrigation, tree pruning, shaping and training of trees, shrubs, and groundcover plants; fertilization; litter control; weed control; control of all plant diseases and pests; edging; and renovation. District Manager shall not conduct any tree pruning but may provide all other maintenance required to maintain the Contract Sites included in the Annual Report in a safe, attractive and useable condition and to maintain the plant material in good condition with horticulturally acceptable growth and color.
Service Frequency. Contractor shall collect one (1) time per week, and deliver for processing or disposal, all Waste, Bulky Waste, and other compostables generated at single- and multi-unit residential premises receiving cart-only services.
