July 4. From Noon on the preceding day until Noon on the following day, except as indicated below for Holidays occurring on a Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.

July 4. The City agrees that two (2) weeks in advance of July 4th it will post, on the official bulletin boards, a list of those scheduled to work on July 4th. In order to facilitate the Department meeting its two (2) weeks in advance posting requirement, the shift sign-up list will be posted for a period of two (2) weeks starting on or about June 1. Employees are expected to complete the shift sign-up list as soon as possible after it has been posted.
July 4. 2016 individuals employed in the Probation Officer series shall receive a wage realignment of approximately two percent (2.0%). Effective pay period 17/15 July 3, 2017 individuals employed in the Probation Officer series shall receive a wage realignment of approximately one percent (1.0%).
