Submission of a claim A claim for a benefit submitted under the legislation of either Contracting State in pursuance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be submitted under the legislation of the other Contracting State. If submission of a claim is conditional upon to be made in a settled period of time according to the legislation of one of the Contracting States, this condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled, if it is made within the same period of time, to the competent institution of the other Contracting State. In such a case, the competent institution of the Contracting State shall forward the claim, without delay, to the competent institution of the first Contracting State, either directly, or through liaison bodies of both Contracting States.
