Pay and Hours of Work. A Specialist called as a witness, or his or her representative, shall suffer no loss of normal pay while appearing before an administrative inquiry, hearing or investigation relating to an operational irregularity. A Specialist, called by a Company inquiry as a witness outside of his or her scheduled hours of work, shall be compensated at the appropriate overtime rate. To the extent practical, a Specialist having primary involvement in an operating irregularity will not be scheduled to perform his or her operational duties on a shift during the same day or on a shift where his or her majority of hours fall on the day of an interview.

Pay and Hours of Work. 8.1 Warden pay progression shall be determined using the FWP Warden/Investigator Career Progression Requirements as defined in Addendum A. 8.2 All approved hours worked by employees over 80 in a pay period will be compensated at one and one-half hours for each hour worked. When overtime funds are budgeted and available, employees will receive overtime pay at the above rate. When overtime funds are exhausted, employees will receive compensatory time at one and one-half hours for each hour worked above 80 in a pay period. When Game Wardens are engaged in work declared by management as an emergency, their overtime will be calculated on a 40-hour workweek. If overtime earned under these circumstances is funded by sources outside of FWP, the overtime will not be counted towards an employee’s normal overtime total. It will be counted, charged and tracked separately in a process established by the department. Wardens who volunteer for emergency work will coordinate with their Regional Captain to determine a schedule. When available, employees may earn Operation Stone Garden overtime under the conditions and rules established by the Stone Garden agreement. Any overtime earned under Stone Garden will be calculated on a 40-hour workweek and may not be counted towards employee’s normal overtime total. It will be counted, charged and tracked separately in a process established by the department. Authorized holiday leave, sick leave, or annual leave shall constitute time worked when computing overtime credits under this Article.

  • Days and Hours of Work The standard workweek for workers occupying full-time positions consists of 40 hours unless otherwise specified by the Board of Supervisors. The appointing authority shall fix the hours of work with due regard for the convenience of the public and the laws of the State and the County. Workers occupying part-time positions shall work such hours and schedules as the Board and the appointing authority shall prescribe.

  • HOURS OF WORK i) Where employees are now working a longer daily tour, the provisions set out in this Article governing the regular hours of work on a daily tour shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • ARTICLE HOURS OF WORK The following provision designating regular hours on a daily tour and regular daily tours over the nursing schedule determined by the Hospital shall not be construed to be a guarantee of the hours of work to be performed on each tour or during each tour schedule. Subject to Article below:

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include:

  • – HOURS OF WORK & SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7½) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.

  • Normal Hours of Work 6.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 8.01 A regular workday shall consist of eight hours between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A regular workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours, comprised of five (5) regular work days, Monday to Friday inclusive.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORK SCHEDULES 22.01 Except for employees subject to a particular work schedule according to clause 22.10, the duration of the regular work week is established at thirty-five (35) hours generally worked between 9:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
