normal hours of work definition

normal hours of work means the number of hours of work (not exceeding the limits applicable to an employee under section 38 or 40, as the case may be) that is agreed between an employer and an employee to be the usual hours of work per day; or in the absence of any such agreement, shall be deemed to be 8 hours a day; and
normal hours of work means, in relation to an employee, the average number of hours worked by the employee each day during a reference period;
normal hours of work means the number of hours of work, not exceeding the limit prescribed in subsection (1) of section 104, as agreed between an employer and an employee in the contract of service to be the usual hours of work per day;

More Definitions of normal hours of work

normal hours of work means those hours of work for which premium pay is not due under section 49;
