Field Service Clause Samples

The Field Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which services are performed at a client’s site or in the field, rather than at the service provider’s premises. It typically outlines the scope of work, responsibilities for providing equipment or materials, and any requirements for site access or safety compliance. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and expectations when services are delivered off-site, helping to prevent misunderstandings and manage logistical or liability issues associated with field work.
