Oath of Office. All Directors shall take an oath of office substantially similar to the oath taken by public officials under 12 V.S.A. § 5813. Such oath may be administered by any person authorized by law to administer oaths and shall be taken by each Director during the Board’s annual organizational meeting or, if a Director is not present during the organizational meeting, prior to the first meeting in which he or she seeks to participate as a Director.
