CONDITIONS AND RULES. 25.1. The Purchaser agrees to accept the Subject Matter subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant authorities when approving the Scheme and the Rules imposed by the Seller and agrees to be bound thereby.
CONDITIONS AND RULES. Please initial each statement. It is the responsibility of the Renter to keep the pool gate locked during the event and while setting up and cleaning. No drugs or alcohol are allowed anywhere on the premises during set up and clean up as well as before, after, and during the event. Any breach of this rule will result in forfeiture of all refundable deposits, the event will be closed down by the Constable, and possible limitation or loss of privileges for using the facilities in the future (to be determined by the FWHOA Board of Directors). The Foxwood Clubhouse, Pool, and Park is a non-smoking facility and use of tobacco products on the premises is prohibited. All children are to be attended by an adult at all times. No one is allowed access to the pool or the pool area. The pool, area surrounding the pool, the pavilion, or the deck furniture may not be accessed or used in any way. Decorations can be hung with Command® or putty-type adhesives. No mounting that makes holes or damages the surfaces (including paint) may be used. All decorations, including glitter, confetti, streamers and any other fixed or loose items are to be completely removed from all surfaces including the floors. All tables are to be cleaned, collapsed and stacked in the dolly. All chairs are to be wiped down and stacked in the chair dolly. All floors are to be swept, mopped and/or vacuumed. No debris is to be left on the floors including glitter. All trash is to be removed from the premises by the Renter when the event is over. Bathrooms are to be inspected and left clean and tidy. Check the refrigerator/freezer and remove any items that you brought. Do not change the settings. Bring your own ice and do not use any ice and/or bottled water that may be in the refrigerator/freezer. Clean the microwave if you use it. Clean the coffee maker if you use it. Make sure it is turned off before you leave. You must bring your own coffee supplies for the coffee maker. Turn off the air conditioning/heating unit(s) before you leave. Lock all doors (clubhouse and bathrooms) and the gate before leaving. Both the deadbolt and doorknob on the clubhouse are to be locked.
CONDITIONS AND RULES. Assignment—Resident may not assign, transfer, or sublet his or her interest in this contract to another person or permit other persons to occupy the premises without prior written consent of Management. Resident is responsible for all rent through the term of this contract. Early vacate—No Resident will be released from this contract unless Management agrees in writing. In the event Resident desires to terminate the contract prior to the initial term or extension thereon, a contract replacement fee of $50 may be charged to Resident when a new contract is signed with another person. Credit checks—Resident agrees that Management may conduct background, criminal history, and credit checks at any time after application, during the term of this contract, or thereafter, as long as Resident has any outstanding balance due to Management. Resident agrees to inform Management of any changes in employment for so long as Resident has obligations owing to Management. Returned checks—A service fee of $20 will be charged for every returned check. A returned check may also result in a late fee for unpaid amounts due as described on the front of this contract.

CONDITIONS AND RULES. The Delegate, in submitting a registration form to Australasian Talent Conference Pty Ltd (“ATC”) for attendance at an Event, agrees to observe and abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth below and by such additional Terms, Conditions and Rules made by Australasian Talent Conference Pty Ltd (“ATC”) on notice to the Delegate from time to time for the efficient or safe operation of the event. DELEGATE IN-PERSON TICKET By submitting a registration form to ATC for attending an in-person event, the Delegate confirms and agrees that they have read, observed and abided to the COVID guidelines as per the Australian Government Department of Health at the time of the event registration. As of Friday, 22nd October 2021 and until further notice, all registered Delegates must hold and present an official COVID vaccination certificate to gain entry to the event. Please note that any Delegate who cannot present a valid vaccination certificate on the day of the event will be unable to enter and will forfeit their ticket and all associated costs and shall remain liable for any unpaid Delegate fees. Each Delegate ticket includes full access for 1x individual to the event and may not be shared.
