Overtime and Comp Time. 12.1 Without making any admission or determination as to exempt status for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) or Missouri law, the parties agree to treat Unit employees as non-exempt for overtime pay purposes. All rights to determine exempt status after the term of this Agreement ends are reserved.

Overtime and Comp Time. 6.1 The parties agree that the practice of law inevitably involves crises, which all Employees must be prepared to meet. While overtime is to be expected occasionally, reasonable efforts will be made to avoid keeping support staff personnel beyond the close of their hours and from overtime employment on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Overtime and Comp Time. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the base hourly rate for all hours compensated beyond forty (40) hours per week or for work performed outside worked shall be pay or compensatory time, as authorized by the Department Director or designee at the time earned. Compensatory time accumulated shall not exceed ten (10) working days, or 80 hours at any time. Should an employee be required to work on a Sunday, such time would be compensated at two (2) times the employee's base hourly rate of pay.

  • Overtime and Calls 8.1 Except as otherwise provided, time in excess of eight hours' service (exclusive of meal period) shall be considered overtime and shall be paid on the actual minute basis at the rate of time and one-half time.

  • Overtime/Compensatory Time Overtime shall be paid for all hours worked in excess of the regularly scheduled workday.   • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.

  • Holiday Pay for Employees Laid Off An employee who is laid off at the close of business the day before a holiday who has worked not less than five (5) previous consecutive work days shall be paid for the holiday.
