Sick Time Sample Clauses
The Sick Time clause defines the rules and entitlements regarding employee absences due to illness. It typically outlines how much paid or unpaid sick leave an employee is eligible for, the process for notifying the employer, and any documentation required, such as a doctor's note for extended absences. This clause ensures that employees can take necessary time off to recover from illness without fear of losing their job or pay, while also providing employers with clear procedures to manage and track such absences.
