Overtime for Part-Time Employees. (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A regular part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is requested to work longer than his/her regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. A regular part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee and who is requested to work other than his/her regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees working less than seven hours per day, and who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked up to and including seven hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates would apply after seven hours in the day and for all work performed on statutory holidays and days off designated by the Employer. Any employee working more than 35 hours in a week shall receive overtime after the 35 hours.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular working day, will be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the working day of a full-time employee. A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, will be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. Overtime rates will apply to hours worked in excess of (a) or (b) above.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The hours of work for part-time employees shall be set in accordance with the requirements of the Board with overtime applying for any work performed over seven (7) hours per day or thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A part-time employee working less than the regular working hours per day shall not qualify for overtime rates until the regular hours have been exceeded.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The parties agree that Education Code Section 88030 shall apply to those unit members who have an average workday of less than four (4) hours during a workweek.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees shall not be entitled to overtime compensation until such time as the hours worked exceed the standard hours of work pursuant to Clause 13.1.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees can be called in and do not qualify for overtime until they have exceeded the daily hours of work of a full-time employee or the weekly hours of the recognized averaging period for the crew they are assigned to.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. All time worked by a part-time employee in excess of equivalent full-time hours on a daily or weekly basis shall be considered overtime. The Employer recognizes the need and will give full consideration to schedule part-time employees for shifts that are of a three (3) hour or greater duration.
