Differential Pay. Section 1(A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.
Differential Pay. IS Team Leader This Agreement is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Administrative Services (Employer) and the SEIU Local 503, OPEU (Union). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a ten percent (10%) Information Services Team Leader Differential for all Agencies that assign such duties to bargaining unit employees under the following conditions:
Differential Pay. Graveyard Shift - fifty cents (50¢) per hour. Shift to be defined in Schedule "B" of this Agreement.
Differential Pay. The following classifications shall receive a “differential pay” added to the base salary whenever the assignment, work week or certification of any employee consists of one of the following: ASSIGNMENT AND DIFFERENTIALS
Differential Pay. (A) A shift differential in the amount of $1.00 per hour will be paid when it is the prevailing practice in the profession to pay shift differential and when the employee is assigned to a shift where a majority of the employee’s hours worked fall between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Differential Pay. A. 1. Employees permanently assigned to the 2nd shift will be compensated at an additional rate of 10% of the hourly rate provided such employee's regular work day schedule is seven (7) or more hours.
Differential Pay. Employees not working a regular scheduled late shift or flextime will be compensated an additional $1.00 per hour for hour worked between 8:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Differential pay is a premium payment and is, therefore, included in the computation of overtime.
Differential Pay. Education Code Section 44977 grants each certificated employee five school months of extended illness leave for which the employee receives the difference between his/her salary and the salary that is actually paid to a substitute or would have been paid had one been employed (“differential pay leave”). A certificated employee may receive only one five-month period per illness or injury and per year, regardless of the number of reasons for the leave. This leave does not accumulate. This leave runs consecutively after the 10 days of current year sick leave and accumulated sick leave.
Differential Pay. All bargaining unit employees who begin a work shift at or after 2:00 p.m. and prior to 10:00 p.m. will receive a 30 cent per hour second shift differential for all hours worked, in addition to their regular rate of pay. All bargaining unit employees who begin a work shift at or after 10:00 p.m. and prior to 5:00 a.m. will receive a 40 cent per hour third shift differential for all hours worked, in addition to their regular rate of pay. New differential rates shall only become effective upon ratification and approval of this Agreement.
