Attorneys. Each of the attorneys executing this agreement states that the attorney has no notice of the revocation of the power of attorney appointing that attorney.
Attorneys. Each of the attorneys executing this document declares that the attorney has no notice of the revocation of the power of attorney under which the attorney executes this document.
Attorneys. Attorneys or firms providing legal services or representing Commonwealth Departments may be subject to X.X. x. 30, s. 65, and if providing litigation services must be approved by the Office of the Attorney General to appear on behalf of a Department, and shall have a continuing obligation to notify the Commonwealth of any conflicts of interest arising under the Contract.
Attorneys. Each person who executes this document on behalf of a party under a power of attorney declares that he or she is not aware of any fact or circumstance that might affect his or her authority to do so under that power of attorney.

Attorneys. Each person who executes this agreement on behalf of a party under a power of attorney warrants that he or she has no notice of the revocation of that power or of any fact or circumstance that might affect his or her authority to execute this agreement under that power.
Attorneys. The Issuer hereby irrevocably appoints the Trustee to be its attorney in its name and on its behalf to execute any such instrument of appointment. Such a person shall (subject always to the provisions of this Trust Deed) have such trusts, powers, authorities and discretions (not exceeding those conferred on the Trustee by this Trust Deed) and such duties and obligations as shall be conferred on such person or imposed by the instrument of appointment. The Trustee shall have power in like manner to remove any such person. Such proper remuneration as the Trustee may pay to any such person, together with any attributable costs, charges and expenses incurred by it in performing its function as such separate trustee or co-trustee, shall for the purposes of this Trust Deed be treated as costs, charges and expenses incurred by the Trustee.
Attorneys. Consistent with the other provisions herein, there shall be a program of continuing legal education for Attorneys in substantive and procedural areas.
