Work on a Sunday. Time worked on Sundays shall be paid for at the rate of double time calculated on the employee’s relevant minimum rate in clause 19 – Minimum wages, with a minimum payment for four hours work.
Work on a Sunday. An Employee who works on a Sunday as part of her/his regular work schedule, is paid at her/his regular rate of pay increased by fifty per cent (50%) for the regular hours worked between 0:00 and 24:00 on a Sunday.
Work on a Sunday. Double time rates calculated on 1/38th of the appropriate weekly Ordinary Rate set out in sub-clause 12.2. Such extra rate shall be in substitution for shift allowances as prescribed in sub-clause 17.6
Work on a Sunday. This clause does not apply to Casual Musicians.
Work on a Sunday. This clause does not apply to work performed on a Sunday in accordance with Clause 14.7, 15.4 or 18.2 of this Agreement. Where work is performed on a Sunday, an employee shall be paid for a minimum of three hours at double ordinary rates (200%). Where an overtime shift commences not earlier than 11.00 p.m. on a Sunday (or such other starting time as agreed between the employer and the majority of employees concerned), work performed on the Sunday shall be paid at overtime rates only. An employee working on a Sunday shall be allowed a crib time of twenty minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of work, if the employee continues to work after such crib time. The employer and the employee may agree to any variation of the above crib time provisions to meet the circumstances of the work in hand which is not less favourable to the employee and which will not require the employer to pay in excess of twenty minutes at the appropriate rate for the prescribed crib time.
