Notice of Job Vacancies. The Foundation shall make best efforts to post on its web site vacancy announcements for all full-time and part-time A positions in this bargaining unit. The Foundation may also use its website to post vacancy announcements for part-time B positions in this bargaining unit.
Notice of Job Vacancies. (a) The Employer shall post all notices of vacancy of any bargaining unit job for consideration by any displaced employees for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the later of the expiry of the notice period or the date of the notice of displacement.

(a) An employee on the recall list shall be notified by the Corporation of every available vacancy at a similar or lower level, by registered mail or commercial courier service, at the last address filed with the Human Resources. A copy of such notice(s) shall be provided to the representative of the bargaining agent.
Notice of Job Vacancies. Art. 18.1a American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the AAA’s labor arbitration rules. For each arbitration, the parties will take the necessary steps under the AAA rules to select a single arbitrator from the list(s) pro- vided by the AAA. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties, and each party agrees to abide by the decision or award and any judgment or order, which confirms or vacates the decision. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne equally by the PSC and by the Foundation. Expenses of witnesses shall be borne by the party which calls the witness. The arbitrator’s power and jurisdiction to arbitrate and to decide a grievance shall be limited to controversies regarding the meaning of provisions of the Agreement, and he/she shall have no authority or jurisdiction to change, amend, modify, supplement or otherwise alter in any respect whatsoever the Agreement or any provision thereof. The arbitrator shall confine himself/herself strictly to the facts and evidence adduced at the hearing and the terms of the Agreement unless otherwise stipulated by the parties at the hearing. Any decision not timely appealed from one step to the next shall be considered settled or resolved on the basis of the last decision and not subject to further appeal or reconsideration.
Notice of Job Vacancies. (a) Notice of job vacancies shall be posted on a bulletin board on the Employer's premises for at least three (3) working days. The notice shall indicate job title, category and salary, and a brief outline of the duties involved. A copy of the notice shall be sent to the Office Xxxxxxx.
Notice of Job Vacancies. All Union notices posted shall be signed by an officer of the Union. It is expressly understood that any postings shall not be inflammatory or derogatory toward the Employer or its Client.

For a period of two (2) calendar years from the effective date of the layoff the employee will be notified of job vacancies at the University and, if interested, shall be granted interviews for appointment to vacancies in the classification in which the employee was laid off, any lower classification in that job series, any classification for which the employee has completed an original probationary period, or any other position vacancy for which the employee meets the minimum qualifications.
Notice of Job Vacancies. The Company will post a notice of job vacancies and new jobs created during the term of this Agreement on the bulletin board. Employees may apply for the position in writing to the Plant Manager within one (1) week. Consideration of successful applicants shall be in accordance with Article 9.06. The Company agrees to notify in writing the successful applicant to the job posting within five (5) working days of the expiry of the job vacancy posting. After successfully posting to a higher rated job, an employee may not post to a lower rated job for six (6) months.
Notice of Job Vacancies. Notice of permanent job vacancies in the bargaining unit will be emailed to the members at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date. Present employees who desire consideration for such openings shall submit any required materials by the deadline.
Notice of Job Vacancies. A. The Service Provider recognizes the continuing commitment on the part of Monroe County to assist those receiving temporary assistance to become employed in jobs for which they are qualified, and the County’s need to know when jobs become available in the community. The Service Provider agrees to notify RWI when it has or is about to have a job opening for a full time position within Monroe County or any contiguous county. Such notice shall be given as soon as practicable after the Service Provider has knowledge that a job opening will occur. The notice shall contain a description of conditions for employment, including the job title and information concerning wages, hours per work week, location and qualifications (education and experience). Service Provider agrees to utilize the New York State Department of Labor job bank to place notices of any such jobs.
