Such mandatory arbitration may be brought by either party hereto and shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Employment Arbitration Rules & Procedures and subject to JAMS Policy on Employment Arbitration Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness.
The parties to this Agreement agree that in the event of any dispute arising between the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its breach, such dispute shall be settled by arbitration to be conducted in New York, New York in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules (except as modified below) of the American Arbitration Association and with the Expedited Procedures thereof (collectively, the “Rules”).
