Calendar Years. A request for a detailed rate review shall be made in writing at least four (4) months prior to the beginning of the Fiscal Year in which the results for the detailed rate review are to be applied. Contractor shall pay all reasonable costs for each detailed rate review whether incurred by Contractor or County, and the cost of such a detailed rate review shall be an allowable Pass-Through Cost.
Calendar Years. The accounting firm will disclose to the auditing Party only whether the amounts reported by the audited Party were correct or not and the specific details concerning any discrepancies, and such information will be shared at the same time with CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED. No other information obtained by such accountants will be shared with the auditing Party. In the event there was an error in the amounts paid or payable hereunder, the auditor will have the right, at its sole discretion, to document such error with the auditor’s summary description thereof.
Calendar Years. 7.4 Flynn Pharma shall during business hours, on no less than 14 day’s notice from Pacira and not more than once in any Calendar Year, make available for inspection the records and books referred to in clause 7.3. Such inspection shall be undertaken by an independent auditor appointed by Pacira and reasonably acceptable to Flynn Pharma for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of any statement or report given by Flynn Pharma to Pacira and/or the amount of royalties due.

Calendar Year For the purpose of this Agreement, the calendar year shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

Limitation Year A "Limitation Year" is the Plan Year or any other 12-consecutive-month period specified by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement. All qualified plans maintained by the Employer must use the same Limitation Year. If the Limitation Year is amended to a different 12-consecutive-month period, the new Limitation Year must begin on a date within the Limitation Year in which the amendment is made.
year The employee shall provide medical substantiation to support her request for pregnancy leave. The request must include the beginning and ending dates of the leave and must be requested no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the birth of the child. Any changes to the leave, once approved, are permissive and subject to the approval of the department head or designee.
Adjustment of Minimum Quarterly Distribution and Target Distribution Levels (a) The Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution, Third Target Distribution, Common Unit Arrearages and Cumulative Common Unit Arrearages shall be proportionately adjusted in the event of any distribution, combination or subdivision (whether effected by a distribution payable in Units or otherwise) of Units or other Partnership Securities in accordance with Section 5.10. In the event of a distribution of Available Cash that is deemed to be from Capital Surplus, the then applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, shall be adjusted proportionately downward to equal the product obtained by multiplying the otherwise applicable Minimum Quarterly Distribution, First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution, as the case may be, by a fraction of which the numerator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately after giving effect to such distribution and of which the denominator is the Unrecovered Capital of the Common Units immediately prior to giving effect to such distribution.
Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
Academic Calendar The Superintendent will establish a baseline school calendar each year, including student start date, school vacations and holidays. The Employer may alter the academic calendar each year as needed. School and professional development sessions will not be held on state and federal holidays. However, academic programs such as Acceleration Academies may be held on these days.
