Death. In the event of a termination of the Executives employment hereunder by reason of death as contemplated by Section 5(a), the Company shall pay in a lump sum within 30 days of such termination to the Executives designated beneficiary or, if no beneficiary has been designated by the Executive, to his estate, the Base Salary earned but not paid through the Termination Date.

Death. The Executives employment hereunder shall terminate upon his death.

Death. If the Participants Service terminates because of the death of the Participant, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable for vested shares on the date on which the Participants Service terminated, may be exercised by the Participants legal representative or other person who acquired the right to exercise the Option by reason of the Participants death at any time prior to the expiration of twelve (12) months after the date on which the Participants Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date. The Participants Service shall be deemed to have terminated on account of death if the Participant dies within three (3) months after the Participants termination of Service.

Death. In the event of the death of the Optionee while employed by the Company or within ninety (90) days after his retirement in good standing because of age or disability, this option shall be exercisable within one (1) year of his death, provided the option does not expire by its terms prior to that date, by the executor, administrator or other legal representative of the estate of the deceased Optionee or the person or persons to whom the deceased Optionee's rights under the option shall pass by will or the laws of descent and distribution but only to the extent the deceased Optionee was entitled to exercise this option immediately prior to his death. Nothing herein shall be construed as extending the exercisability of this option to a date more than ten (10) years after the date this option is granted.

Death. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, in the event of Executives death during the term of this Agreement, the Bank or Company (as they shall determine) shall immediately pay his estate any salary and bonus accrued but unpaid as of the date of his death, and, for a period of six (6) months after Executives death, the Bank shall continue to provide his dependents medical insurance benefits existing on the date of his death and shall pay Executives designated beneficiary all compensation that would otherwise be payable to him pursuant to Section 3(a) of this Agreement. This provision shall not negate any rights Executive or his beneficiaries may have to death benefits under any employee benefit plan of the Company or the Bank.

Death. Automatically on the date of death of the Executive.

Death. The Employee shall experience a Separation from Service upon his death during the Term of this Agreement, in which event the Employee's estate or designated beneficiaries shall be entitled to receive the base salary, Bonuses, vested rights, and Employee Benefits due the Employee through the last day of the calendar month in which his death occurred. Any benefits payable under insurance, health, retirement, Bonus or other plans as a result of the Employee's participation in such plans through such date shall be paid when and as due under those plans.

Death. Executive's employment hereunder shall terminate upon Executive's death.

Death. In the event of the Participants death, the amount credited to his or her Plan Account shall be paid to a beneficiary designated by him or her for this purpose on the prescribed form or, if none, to the Participants estate. Such form shall be valid only if it was filed with the Company at the prescribed location before the Participants death.

Death. If Employee shall die during the Term, this Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will automatically terminate on the date of death, which date shall be the last date of the Term. Notwithstanding this Subsection 4(b), if Employee dies while employed by Employer, Employees estate shall receive Employees Compensation as defined in Section 3 herein for a period of two years. If the Employee shall die while terminated from the Bank and is receiving payments as set forth in Subsection 4(a) hereinabove, then the Employees beneficiaries shall, at their option, be entitled to receive the remainder of payments due hereunder in a lump sum. Said amount shall be payable on the first day of the second month following the decease of the Employee.
