Filling of Vacancies. In the case of any increase in the number of Managers, or of any vacancy in the Board of Managers, the additional Manager shall be appointed by the Beneficial Owner.

Filling of Vacancies. During this posting period, current employees with the necessary qualifications will be given preference over outside applicants. When skill, competency and ability are considered substantially equal in the judgment of the Employer, seniority shall be the deciding consideration in filling vacancies. All employees who apply for a posted vacancy shall be advised of the vacancy status as soon as practical.
