PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO. We reserve the right to take photographs and video during your trip. By traveling with us, you grant to us the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use and publish your image, or likeness, without compensation, for commercial, advertising, editorial, or any other purpose; and in any manner and medium, whether now known or hereafter devised; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without your inspection or approval. You hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of your image or likeness. If you prefer that your image or likeness not be used, you must advise us in writing, no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. Photographs and video of your trip may be submitted to us by you or by third parties such as (but not limited to) other travelers, tour guides, crew, or staff members. By submitting such photographs or video, the party making the submission is representing and warranting (a) that the photo is their original work created solely by themselves and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any party; (b) that they have obtained any and all necessary releases from subjects depicted in said original work; (c) that they grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, with the right to make any and all commercial or other uses thereof, including without limitation, reproducing, editing, modifying, adapting, publishing, displaying publicly, creating derivative works from, incorporating into other works or modifying the photo and (d) that they hereby release and discharge us from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to the use by us of any photo submitted.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO. The Grantee agrees to document the event through photographs and video. Photographs shall be a minimum 300 ppi high resolution. The Grantee agrees to permit photographs and video recording. All materials may be used for marketing purposes. Said materials become Town of Yarmouth property. The Town reserves the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all, in whole or in part, modified or altered, by itself or in conjunction with other materials, in any medium or form of distribution, for the purpose, including, without limitation, all Town materials. Materials to be submitted electronically as part of the Grantee’s Final Report.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO. Licensee grants to Licensor, its affiliates, representatives and employees, the right to take photographs and video of Licensee and Licensee’s property at or near the Building and at or near the activities and events organized or sponsored by Licensor. Licensee authorizes Licensee, its affiliates, assigns and transferees, to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically (including via the internet and on social media). Licensee agrees that EHS may use such photographs or video of Licensee without compensation to Licensee and with or without Licensee’s name and for any lawful purposes, including for example, for such purposes and publicity, illustration, advertising and internet content (including social media). Licensee hereby releases the photographer/videographer and Licensee and its affiliates, employees or agents from all claims and liability relating to said photographs and video, and this release contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to such photographs and video, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Licensee and Licensor.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO. Unless a property owner has notified the public that photography and video recording is prohibited, it is permissible to photograph or video the interior of private property since the owner's permission to enter the property implies permission to do so. However, under no circumstances may Buyer take photographs or videos that intrude on a property owner's reasonable expectations of privacy. Buyer should only photograph or video things that are in "plain view". For example, taking a photo or video of the contents of a medicine cabinet or of financial records in a desk drawer would be impermissible. In addition, any permitted photography or video should be used only in a manner related directly to Buyer’s examination and purchase of a property. TAKING IMPERMISSIBLE PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEOS OR USING THEM FOR AN IMPERMISSIBLE PURPOSE COULD SUBJECT BUYER TO CIVIL LIABILITY. Buyer acknowledges and understands that neither Firm nor its agents have control over information about any property Buyer may purchase that has been placed on the Internet in connection with the marketing of any such property for sale, whether by or through a listing service or otherwise, including but not limited to photographs, and that any such information will not be removed following Buyer's purchase of any such property.

I acknowledge that if I and/or my minor Participant believe event conditions are unsafe, I and/or my minor Participant will be responsible to immediately inform the PDPW representatives of his or her safety concerns and to immediately discontinue participation in the Program or that part of the Program the I or the Participant considers unsafe. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I also release, waive and discharge and hold harmless, PDPW and its employees, representatives, successors or agents (the “PDPW representatives”), from any and all actual or threatened claims, damages, losses and other causes of action and/or costs, including reasonable attorney fees, of any kind or nature, including, but not limited to, injury, disability, death and any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Participant’s participation in the Program and related activities, except the Participant’s claims caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of PDPW or any PDPW representative. CELL PHONES; KEYS; LOCK-IN. I agree that, upon arrival at the Program, the Participant will turn over to PDPW’s custody any and all cell phones or other communication devices along with all keys the Particip...
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO.  I will not use personal digital cameras or camera phones for taking and transferring images of pupils or staff without permission and will not store images at home without permission.  I will never associate pupil names or personal information with images or videos published in school publications or on the Internet (in accordance with school policy and parental guidance).

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO. (a) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Parties acknowledge and agree that following the Closing, Seller or its Affiliates will retain all right, title and interest in and to any and all photographs and videos in their possession relating to events listed on Schedule 5.21.

DAMAGE: Owner/Guardian accepts the responsibility of paying for any damage to facility, property, and/or equipment caused by their Dog. RIGHT TO DECLINE: Owner/Guardian understands that WAGGING LOUNGE DOG RESORT reserves the exclusive right to decline participation or to terminate participation in activities at WAGGING LOUNGE DOG RESORT to any Dog at any time for any reason. VALID DATES: These agreements, waivers, and authorizations will remain valid and in force as long as and whenever the Dog participates in any activity at or with WAGGING LOUNGE DOG RESORT. All new dogs added to a family are under the same agreement and obligations. CANCELLATION POLICY: For non-holidays, please notify us of your cancellation 48-hours in advance. For holiday reservations, we require 48 hours advance notice and a non-refundable deposit for the first night at the time of reservation. If we do not receive your cancellation within the timeframe listed above you will be charged 50% of your scheduled boarding stay. Wagging Lounge Dog Resort will not accept future reservations for any “No Show” clients.
