Departure Date. The parties agree and acknowledge that the Executive’s employment with the Company terminated effective [Insert Date] (the “Departure Date”). Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Executive acknowledges that, as of the Departure Date, his participation in all of the Company’s benefit and compensation plans ceased in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Student roommates are the same gender as identified on their passport. Special requests for rooming will be reviewed on a case by case basis and additional fees may apply. Single rooms are not available. Requests cannot be guaranted but best efforts will be put forth to assist. Can we change roommates? After the Organzing Teacher submits the rooming, no changes are allowed prior to departure nor after arrival in your foreign destination. Revisions are made only when they pertain to a cancellation without replacement. HOTELS We assume we each get a room key, correct? Not correct. A major cultural difference occurs here. Foreign hotels typically give only one key per room, regardless if the room is a double or a quadruple. Always leave the key at the front desk. If someone forgets it, you’ll need to tip the xxxxxx or maid $5 US for opening your room. Lost key charges of $50 or more could apply. Do we each get our own bed? It may be possible but it cannot be guaranteed. Expect to share beds. At times, double beds may seem small compared to USA standards. However, if there are two pillows on a bed, it is considered a double. Do we stay on the same floor of the hotel? It’s possible but it cannot be guaranteed. Hotels assign rooms, not Interact. Who cleans our room? Hotel cleaning staff. Always place small odds and ends in a drawer or your locked luggage; foreign staff will frequently throw them away if you don’t. Do we get unlimited towels? No. This is another cultural difference. Hotels supply one towel per person, per stay. The majority of foreign hotels do not supply washcloths. Who does my laundry? You do. Smart travelers pack a piece of clothesline for drying clothes in the bathroom. Never lay wet clothes on wood surfaces or on top of the furnishings. Departure Date. The trailer registered in this Agreement is the only trailer authorized for storage unless prior written approval is obtained from the Borough of Seaside Park. Subleasing or transfer of Trailer Storage authorization is not permitted. The Borough of Seaside Park reserves the right to reassignm Trailer Storage locations. Boats must be stored uncovered, have custom covers, or be professionally shrink-wrapped. No tarps will be allowed to cover boats. Payment is made to "Borough of Seaside Park" by cash or check. There is no on-site security provided by the Borough of Seaside Park. The Borough is NOT responsible for your boat (or trailer) or other personal property. It is recommended that you provide adequate insurance coverage.
Departure Date. Executive hereby agrees that his last day of employment is the Departure Date, and on the Departure Date his employment will terminate. Executive relinquishes any and all rights to employment with the Company after the Departure Date. In addition, Executive hereby resigns from all offices of the Company and of all subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities of the Company and he agrees to sign all documents necessary to effect such resignations at such time(s) as the Company shall request, effective as of the Departure Date. Executive agrees that this Agreement replaces and supersedes the Employment Agreement; provided, however, Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Employment Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
