Form of Distribution definition

Form of Distribution means the term and frequency over which distributions from a Participant’s Deferred Account will be paid pursuant to Section 3.6.
Form of Distribution means one of the distribution options set forth in Section 6.1(b).

Examples of Form of Distribution in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if as of the Effective Date, a Participant had made an election whereby the date of distribution elected is not the first day of a calendar quarter, such election shall be honored unless and until the Participant initiates a change to the timing of distribution pursuant to this Section 6.4 or the form of distribution pursuant to Section 6.3 (Form of Distribution).

  • Such separate beneficiary elections shall be valid only if they meet the requirements of Section 6.3 (Form of Distribution) and Section 6.4 (Timing of Distribution).

  • In addition, such separate beneficiary elections may be changed or revoked in accordance with Section 6.3 (Form of Distribution) and Section 6.4 (Timing of Distribution).

Related to Form of Distribution

  • Plan of Distribution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Scheduled Distribution means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, for each Due Date, the scheduled payment of principal and/or interest and/or fees due on such Due Date with respect to such Collateral Loan.

  • Hardship Distribution means a severe financial hardship to the Participant resulting from a sudden and unexpected illness or accident of the Participant or of his or her dependent (as defined in Section 152(a) of the Code), loss of a Participant’s property due to casualty, or other similar or extraordinary and unforseeable circumstances arising as a result of events beyond the control of the Participant. The circumstances that would constitute an unforseeable emergency will depend upon the facts of each case, but, in any case, a Hardship Distribution may not be made to the extent that such hardship is or may be relieved (i) through reimbursement or compensation by insurance or otherwise, (ii) by liquidation of the Participant’s assets, to the extent the liquidation of assets would not itself cause severe financial hardship, or (iii) by cessation of deferrals under this Plan.

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Cash Distribution means the distribution by the Company to all holders of its Common Stock of cash, other than any cash that is distributed upon a merger or consolidation to which Section 2(h) applies or as part of a distribution referred to in paragraph (4) of Section 2(b).

  • Exchange Election shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.12(a).

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
