Communication Devices. The Employer will provide sufficient numbers of pagers or other communication devices for Nurses assigned to be on Stand-By. Such devices will be provided to the Nurse while at work for his or her scheduled shift prior to the period of Stand-By. The Nurse shall return such devices on his or her next scheduled shift, or within seventy-two (72) hours, whichever occurs first.
Communication Devices. The Board will provide a communication device selected by the supervisor for the following positions: • Warehouseman • Maintenance Personnel • Technology Specialists • Head Mechanic • TAP Paraprofessional • Attendance Officer The choice of device shall be made by the supervisor; however, if use of a personal cell phone is chosen, it will be permitted only with employee consent. If such consent is given, a $15.00 monthly stipend will be paid for the use of the personal cell phone.
Communication Devices. The Agency shall ensure that every employee who works in remote locations shall be provided a reliable means of communication and a clear check-in/check out procedure.
Communication Devices. During the term hereof, Employer agrees to provide Employee with a cellular phone, Palm Pilot, Blackberry, and/or such other portable communication device(s) and/or service(s) as Employee shall reasonably request, for the exclusive use of Employee. Employer agrees to bear all costs, expenses and payments in connection with the purchase or lease, and the business use of the phone and such other communication equipment as is supplied to Employee hereunder.
Communication Devices. Xxxxxx College agrees to pay Employee as part of his gross compensation, the sum of two hundred U.S. dollars ($200.00) per month to reimburse the Employee for using his own “communication devices” (e.g., laptop, cell phone, iPad, etc.) to perform his job duties. As a result, Xxxxxx College will not provide the Employee with any “communication devices.”
Communication Devices. The Board shall provide some form of contact or communication device for all evening and night shift custodians.
Communication Devices. Where workplace practices are established that deem it necessary, the Employer shall provide employees with an appropriate and effective communication device for summoning assistance.
Communication Devices. Client agrees to supply Clinicians with communication devices (e.g., cell phone, pager) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Clinician or Agency.
Communication Devices. No employee shall be required to use their personal cell phone for Company Business.
