Media. No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.
Media. (a) Industry standard destruction of sensitive materials before disposition of media; (b) secure safe for storing damaged hard disks prior to physical destruction; and (c) physical destruction of all decommissioned hard disks storing Customer Data.
Media. Primus warrants to Distributor that the media on which the Primus Software is delivered by Primus will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days beginning on the date of shipment by Primus.
Media a. DISTRICT agrees to waive any and all television, radio, video, film, photography and internet rights and/or access fees normally charged for events held at DISTRICT’s facilities, and grants free and full access to media rights holders as needed. DISTRICT will pay any such fees not waived.
Media. The parties agree not to use the other party’s name or program names in any promotional material or public announcement without prior written consent or oral consent of the other.
Media. I authorize the use of my name. likeness, image, and statements in all forms for promotional materials for The University of Akron.
Media. Each party agrees it will not use the other party's name, marks, or logos in any advertising, promotional material, press release, publication, public announcement, or through other media, written or oral, whether to the press, to holders of publicly owned stock without the prior written consent of the other party. Such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Accurate statements made by either party as to the basic terms of this Agreement are said to have the consent of the other party
Media a. The Contractor and its Personnel must not divulge any Confidential Information regarding the nature or progress of the Services or give any publicity, media reports, or engage in any form of social media concerning the Services except with the written consent of NAFC or a Member.
Media. Tenant agrees to allow Landlord permission to use, alter and publish photographs, reproductions, video, audio or likeness of residents and the Unit for use in media or related referencing to Landlord for the purpose of advertising the Community and hereby consents to such use.
Media. The Undersigned grant Released Parties the absolute and irrevocable worldwide right, license and permission, without any additional cost, to use Participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and audio footage or film (collectively referred to as “Media”) obtained during Participant’s participation in the Activity. The Undersigned hereby agrees that all right, title, interest and ownership, including copyright, in and to any tangible work in any Media containing Participant’s image so obtained shall be owned exclusively by Released Parties. Undersigned understands and agrees that as owner of any such Media, Released Parties shall have the exclusive right to exercise all rights granted under copyright protection relative to the Media. Finally, Undersigned release Released Parties from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of such Media.
