Insignia. On or prior to the Delivery Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, Lessee agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and on each Engine a nameplate bearing the inscription: Leased From First Security Bank, National Association, as Owner Trustee, Lessor and, for so long as the Airframe and each Engine shall be subject to the Lien of the Trust Indenture, bearing the following additional inscription: Mortgaged To State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Lessor or successor Indenture Trustee, in each case as permitted under the Operative Documents). Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee (or any Sublessee) from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe or any Engine.
Insignia. On or prior to the Closing Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, the Owner agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and on each Engine, a nameplate bearing the inscription: Mortgaged To State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Indenture Trustee as permitted herein). Except as above provided, the Owner will not allow the name of any Person (other than the Owner) to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit the Owner (or any Lessee) from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe or any Engine.
Insignia. Lessee shall, at its own cost and expense, cause the Airframe and each Engine and Spare Engine to be legibly marked (in a reasonably prominent location, which in the case of the Airframe shall be adjacent to the airworthiness certificate) with such a plate, disk, or other marking of customary size, and bearing the legend "Owned by Atlas Freighter Leasing II, Inc. and Mortgaged to Bankers Trust Company, as Agent" or such other legend, as shall in the opinion of Lessor and Agent be appropriate or desirable to evidence the fact that it is subject to the ownership of Lessor and the lien and security interest created by the Aircraft Chattel Mortgage. Lessee shall not remove or deface, or permit to be removed or defaced, any such plate, disk, or other marking or the identifying manufacturer's serial number, and, in the event of such removal or defacement, shall promptly cause such plate, disk, or other marking or serial number to be promptly replaced. Except as provided above, Lessee shall not allow the name of any person, association or corporation to be placed on the Airframe or any Engine or Spare Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership or of any security interest therein, except that Lessee or any permitted lessee may place its customary colors and insignia or the insignia of the manufacturer on the Airframe or any Engine or Spare Engine.
Insignia. Except as provided in Section 6.07(c), the Borrower will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on any Railcar as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided, however, that the Borrower may permit any of the Portfolio Railcars to be lettered with the names, trademarks, initials or other insignia customarily used by the Borrower or its Affiliates (including the Marks Company), or any Lessee or its Affiliates, on railroad equipment used or leased by such Person of the same or a similar type for convenience of identification of its right to use such Portfolio Railcar under any applicable Lease, and any of the Portfolio Railcars may be lettered in an appropriate manner for convenience of identification of the interest of the Borrower or any Lessee therein.
Insignia. Company shall, at its own cost and expense, or pursuant to the Lease, cause the Airframe and each Engine included in the Aircraft Collateral to be legibly marked (in a reasonably prominent location, which in the case of the Airframe shall be adjacent to the airworthiness certificate) with such a plate, disk, or other marking of customary size, and bearing the legend "Owned by Atlas Freighter Leasing, Inc. and Mortgaged to Bankers Trust Company, as Agent" or such other legend, as shall in the opinion of Agent be appropriate or desirable to evidence the fact that it is subject to the lien and security interest created by this Mortgage. Company shall not remove or deface, or permit to be removed or defaced, any such plate, disk, or other marking or the identifying manufacturer's serial number, and, in the event of such removal or defacement, shall promptly cause such plate, disk, or other marking or serial number to be promptly replaced. Except as provided above, Company shall not allow the name of any person, association or corporation to be placed on the Airframe or any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership or of any security interest therein, except that any permitted lessee may place its customary colors and insignia or the insignia of the manufacturer on the Airframe or any Engine.
Insignia. Upon Company's written request, "Insignia", including certain trademarks, trade names, insignia, symbols, decorative designs or packaging designs of Company, or evidences of Company's inspection will be properly affixed by Supplier to the MATERIAL furnished or its packaging. Such Insignia will not be affixed, used or otherwise displayed on the MATERIAL furnished or in connection therewith without written approval by Company. The manner in which such Insignia will be affixed must be approved in writing by Company in accordance with standards established by Company. Company shall retain all right, title and interest in any and all packaging designs, finished artwork and separations furnished to Supplier. This section does not reduce or modify Supplier's obligations under the "IDENTIFICATION" and "USE OF INFORMATION" section. 11
Insignia. Bargaining unit members who reach retirement shall be presented with a police department badge marked “Retired,” a departmental patch, service decorations and nameplate.
Insignia. If any goods are rightfully rejected or not purchased by Buyer which utilize Buyer's name, trademarks, trade names, insignia, symbols, or decorative designs, Seller shall remove same prior to any sale, use or disposition thereof.
Insignia. Upon delivery of the Aircraft, Lessee agrees to place the Lease Identification as set forth in Exhibit C in the cockpit in a prominent location and to place the Lease Identification on each Engine. Lessee agrees to make such changes to the Lease Identification as Lessor may reasonably request from time to time.
Insignia. No later than 30 days following the Delivery Date, Lessee shall affix and shall thereafter during the Term maintain in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and (if not prevented by applicable law or regulations or by any governmental authority) on each Engine a metal nameplate bearing the legible inscription “TITLE TO THIS AIRCRAFT/ENGINE IS HELD BY XXXXX FARGO BANK NORTHWEST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE, AS LESSOR, WHICH HAS LEASED THIS AIRCRAFT/ENGINE TO AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.”, such nameplate to be replaced, if need be, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Owner Trustee. Except as provided above, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that constitutes a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee from placing its customary colors and insignia (and those of any code-sharing partner or the oneworld global alliance or any member thereof) on such Airframe or Engine or displaying information concerning the registration of the Aircraft.
