Internet Content. The Seller shall, (a) not later than five Business Days following the Closing Date, cause all webpages related to the Companies on the Seller’s website to (x) include the Purchaser’s xxxx and logo and indicate that the Companies are owned by the Purchaser, or (y) be linked and directed to the Purchaser’s website, all as reasonably directed by Purchaser during the period of nine months following the Closing, and (b) maintain such web pages for a period of nine months.

Internet Content. THE SWITCH and its ISP hereby WARN Customer that a vast variety of Content is available on the networks to which the Internet Services provide access. Some of this Content may be deemed shocking, distasteful, misleading, inaccurate, or otherwise harmful to Customer and/or its users. THE SWITCH and its ISP have no obligation to screen, edit, monitor or otherwise censor Content in any way. Customer hereby acknowledges THE SWITCH and its ISP have, and shall have, no liability for how the Internet Services are used, what Content is posted or accessed, or what effects the Content may have on Customer and its users, or how they may interpret or use such Content. Customer agrees to hold THE SWITCH and its ISP harmless from all consequences of Customer posting, accessing or using Content, as well as claims resulting from Customer’s access to the Internet Services and their use.
Internet Content. The Internet is a vast and unregulated information network; not all the information available is accurate, current or complete. Council makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, with respect to the quality or content of the information available on the Internet. Members are encouraged to be good information consumers by evaluating the validity of information accessed via the Internet, and are expected to respect intellectual property rights by making only authorized copies of copyrighted or licensed software or data residing on the Internet. Members are further cautioned that ideas, points of view and images can be found on the Internet that may be controversial, divergent and/or inflammatory. By providing access, Council neither endorses nor sanctions the content or point of view of any of the information or commentary that may be found on the Internet. Council cannot protect individuals from information and images which they might find offensive or disturbing.

While the City will take precautions to regulate internet access by minors on the City’s library computers, the City is not responsible for anything that any library user may see or read while in the Library that the user or, in the case of minors, the user’s parents or legal guardian, may find offensive. The City is not responsible for a minor that brings into the library a wireless capable device that permits access to Wi-Fi, which is unfiltered and unsecured. The City urges parents or legal guardians to accompany their children while visiting the Library to ensure that their children are safe at all times.

Students will accept the responsibility of keeping all pornographic material, inappropriate test files, or files dangerous to the integrity of the network from entering the school via the Internet. Students may NOT subscribe to newsgroups or listservs via the school’s Internet access or account. The Rockton School District reserves the right to examine all data stored in the machines involved in the Internet or not to make sure that all users are in compliance with Internet regulations. The District also reserves the right to change the rules at any time without notice. Finally, all users should keep in mind that when they use the Internet, they are entering a global community, and any actions taken by them will reflect upon the school system as a whole. As such, all users must behave in an ethical and legal manner. Chromebook Student Usage ● Students are responsible for the general care of the Chromebook. ● Chromebooks that are broken or fail to work properly must be taken to a classroom teacher immediately. ● No food or drink is allowed next to your Chromebook while it is in use. ● Cords, cables, and removable storage devices must be inserted carefully into the Chromebook. ● Students should never carry their Chromebook while the screen is open unless directed to do so by a classroom teacher. ● Chromebooks should be shut down when not in use to conserve battery life. ● Do not expose your Chromebook to extreme temperature or direct sunlight for an extended period of time. ● Do not lean on top of the Chromebook. ● Do not place anything near the Chromebook that could put pressure on the screen. ● Under no circumstances are students to modify, remove, or destroy identification labels. Any identification labels deemed to be modified, removed, or destroyed may result in forfeiture of Chromebook privileges.

Neither we nor our suppliers warrant, nor do they assume responsibility for, any consequences suffered by any person as a result of Internet access including, without limitation, the possibility of contracting computer viruses, accessing information with offensive, inaccurate or inappropriate content, etc. Neither we nor our suppliers shall be responsible for any damages suffered by any person as a result of your obtaining Internet access. You must exercise your own due diligence and judgment before relying on any information available on the Internet, and you must determine that you have all necessary rights to copy, publish or otherwise distribute any such information available on the Internet under copyright and other applicable laws. By its very nature, the Internet contains offensive or harmful material, in some cases under descriptions that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. Please use caution and common sense in using the Internet. Any link or access to third-party sites and services that we make available to you is provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link or access does not imply an endorsement by us of the third-party site or service.
Internet Content. Client may access third-party web sites and other content or information on the Internet ("Content") through use of the Internet Access Services. Client acknowledges that the Content has not been reviewed by Expedient and is supplied and maintained by third parties over which Expedient exercises no control.
