Photography and Video Recording. A professional photographer will be at work during the conference, and video recording may take place during parts of the conference, capturing material that may be used for our future marketing and promotional and related purposes. By attending the event you are giving your consent to the circumstance that if photograph(s) and/or video footage are taken of or including you at the event, Washingtondowling Associates Ltd own all relevant rights in that material and in particular the exclusive right to use the material for any purpose they see fit. As there will be flash photography, please contact xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx prior to the event, should this cause any concern or you suffer from any medical condition which may be affected by the above. DATA PROTECTION Should you wish to be included on the SHE Show (Washingtondowling Associates) mailing list please tick the relevant box on the delegate online booking form. Washingtondowling Associates Ltd complies with all relevant data protection requirements including the General Data Protection Regulation. GOVERNING LAW AND OBSERVANCE These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect to any claim or matter arising under or in connection with your conference booking or attendance. Delegates will be expected to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the rules and requirements of the venue, and the reasonable requests of the organisers and their representatives. Failure of delegates to do so will entitle us to cancel or terminate their attendance at the conference.
Photography and Video Recording. Photography, audio or video recording, other than by the APSS or press approved by the APSS, is prohibited. Such prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the taking of photographs, video or digital recording of any type and/or making any drawing or sketch or other physical record. The Supporter acknowledges and agrees that the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC, its employees and contractors may take photographs/videos which could include images of the Supporter, its representatives and its material in connection with the Events. The Supporter hereby consents to and grants to the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC and its affiliates, the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable right and license to use (and grant others the right to use) the images worldwide without any compensation. The Supporter acknowledges that Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the images and hereby waives (a) any and all rights in and to such images, and (b) any and all claims the Supporter and its representatives may have relating to or arising from the images or their use.
Photography and Video Recording. Exhibitor agrees that Potato Expo, including its employees, and Potato Expo -hired photographers may take photographs of or video record Exhibitor and Exhibitor’s employees, hires, display, products, and services during exhibit hours and at events during the Potato Expo. If you wish to serve these items, you must request permission via e-mail in advance, and a corkage fee will apply if your items are approved. These requests can be sent to xx.xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Exhibitor must obtain prior approval from the Potato Expo to cook food inside booths for demonstration purposes and are responsible for securing fire marshal permits.
Photography and Video Recording. By entering and by my presence at Golden Biohack, I hereby consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. I acknowledge that my entry constitutes my consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use by Golden Biohack and the Golden Biohack Group, in any and all media in perpetuity, of my appearance, voice and name for any purpose whatsoever.   • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.

  • Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.

You agree that we, the Manager and our designees will have no liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form that may occur in taking or usage of any picture or in the subsequent processing or publication of the picture. You release us, the Manager, and our designees from all claims of any nature arising in any way from the use of your photograph or photographic image. This release contains the entire agreement on this subject matter.

  • Tape-recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.
