A parent definition

A parent s child" means that parent's natural child, adopted child, or stepchild; and
A parent means all natural parents, any person who is not a parent but has parental responsibility for the child or any adult with legal responsibility for the child.
A parent means a parent or legal custodian. In the event of a divorce, a parent means the custodial parent.
