OVERTIME CONDITIONS. Emergency work (priority 1 - MW loss, plant and personnel safety). Whilst the unit is off load for the priority 1 work, priority 2 work which affect the performance or safety of the unit will be performed. - Ten hour break provision and maximum 16 hours continuous in 24 hours still apply. - Agreed contact system (preferable supervisor first contact). - Annualised salaries do not include emergency plant outages and planned overhauls where shifts are required, training outside AWP hours and Leading Hand allowance.

Any hours worked in excess of ten (10) hours per day or in excess of an average of thirty-seven and one half (372) per week over the scheduling period, and authorized by a Department Head as an emergency, will be counted as overtime worked and will be paid at the rate of time and one half their regular straight time hourly rate of pay.

OVERTIME CONDITIONS. (i) Overtime shall be defined as all work done beyond the ordinary hours of work.
OVERTIME CONDITIONS. Except in the case of Engineers and Ambulance any hours worked in excess of seven and one-half hours in the day or in excess of hours in a two week pay period, exclusive of meal time and authorized by a senior Departmental Head will be counted as overtime worked and will be paid for at the rate of time and one-half; computed at the regular straight time hourly rate for the job classification. It is understood that the Employer will not regularly schedule an employee to work more than and one-half (37 hours per week except in cases of emergency. It is understood and agreed that where Engineers and Ambulance are required to work eight hours in a day they will be paid for such time at their regular straight time hourly rate of pay. With this understanding, it is agreed that any hours worked by Engineers and Ambulance in excess of eight hours in the day or in excess of eighty hours in a two week pay period exclusive of meal time, and authorized by x senior Departmental Head, will be counted as overtime worked and will be paid for at the rate of time and one-half their regular straight time hourly rate of pay. ARTICLE SHIFT PREMIUM: An employee will be paid a shift premium of forty-five cents per hour for each hour worked when the majority of such hours so worked, falls between and hours the following day. ARTICLE PUNCHING THE TIME CLOCKS: Employees on an hourly basis will use the time clock provided by the Employer. Employees will not be required to punch in and out at lunch periods unless they are leaving the ,premises.
OVERTIME CONDITIONS. All hours worked in excess of sixty (60) hours per week, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half the employees regular basic hourly rate. Overtime shall not be pyramided. Meal breaks shall not be used in calculating overtime. Coffee breaks and rest periods shall not be used in calculating overtime for drivers on a mileage rate or a combination of mileage and hourly rates. The Company shall allow hourly rated employees a fifteen (15) minute coffee break in the first half shift and another in the second half shift without loss of When an hourly rated employee is requested to work on daily overtime he shall receive a fifteen (1 5) minute coffee break without loss of pay before commencing his overtime and another at the conclusion of each two (2) hour period thereafter while on such overtime.
