Vacation Sample Clauses


Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.


Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation in accordance with the Company's policy applicable to senior executives from time to time in effect, but in no event less than two weeks per calendar year (as prorated for partial years), which vacation may be taken at such times as the Executive elects with due regard to the needs of the Company. The carry-over of vacation days shall be in accordance with the Company's policy applicable to senior executives from time to time in effect.

Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue, on a pro rata basis, thirty (30) paid vacation days per year. Vacation shall be taken at such times as are mutually convenient to the Executive and the Company and no more than fifteen (15) consecutive days shall be taken at any one time without Company approval in advance.

Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company applicable to its senior executives.

Vacation. Executive will be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation time each year during the term of this Agreement measured on a calendar year basis, in accordance with the Bank’s customary practices, as well as sick leave, holidays and other paid absences in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures for officers. Any unused paid time off during an annual period will be treated in accordance with the Bank’s personnel policies as in effect from time to time.

Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacations in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company at least as favorable as those in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Change of Control Date.

Vacation. Executive will continue to be entitled to vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy, with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto.


Vacation. Executive will be entitled to paid vacation of three (3) weeks per year in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy, with the timing and duration of specific vacations mutually and reasonably agreed to by the parties hereto.

Vacation. For and during each calendar year within the Employment Term, Employee shall be entitled to reasonable paid vacation periods consistent with Employee’s position and in accordance with Company’s standard policies, or as the CEO, Board or Committee may approve. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to such holidays consistent with Company’s standard policies or as the CEO, Board or Committee may approve.

Vacation. The Executive shall, during the Term, be entitled to a vacation of four (4) weeks per annum, in addition to holidays observed by the Company. The Executive shall not be entitled to carry any vacation forward to the next year of employment and shall not receive any compensation for unused vacation days.
