Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to an annual paid vacation in accordance with the Company's policy applicable to senior executives from time to time in effect, but in no event less than two weeks per calendar year (as prorated for partial years), which vacation may be taken at such times as the Executive elects with due regard to the needs of the Company. The carry-over of vacation days shall be in accordance with the Company's policy applicable to senior executives from time to time in effect.


Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled each calendar year to a vacation, during which time his compensation shall be paid in full. The time allotted for such vacation shall be an aggregate of four (4) weeks. In the year Executive terminates employment, he shall be entitled to receive a prorated paid vacation based upon the amount of time that he has worked during the year of termination. In the event that he has not taken his vacation time computed on a prorated basis, he shall be paid, at his regular rate of pay, for unused vacation. In the event Executive has taken more vacation time than allotted for the year of termination, there shall be no reduction in compensation otherwise payable hereunder.

Vacation. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be entitled to accrue, on a pro rata basis, thirty (30) paid vacation days per year. Vacation shall be taken at such times as are mutually convenient to the Executive and the Company and no more than fifteen (15) consecutive days shall be taken at any one time without Company approval in advance.

Vacation. Employee will be entitled to 30 days vacation per year; provided, however, except as otherwise provided by applicable law: (1) the Company shall not pay Employee any additional compensation for any vacation time which is not used prior to the end of a calendar year or any earlier termination of employment, and (2) any vacation time which is not used prior to the end of a calendar year may not be used in any subsequent year. If during the Term, Employee is employed by the Company for only part of a calendar year, Employee shall be entitled to a pro rata number of vacation days during such partial calendar year.

Vacation. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation each calendar year. Any vacation shall be taken at the reasonable and mutual convenience of the Company and the Executive.

Vacation. The Executive shall receive four weeks paid vacation for each year during the Term. The Executive may schedule the vacation as he elects, subject to Holding Co.s business needs. Any unused vacation days in any one year may not be carried over to subsequent years; provided, however, that not more than ten unused vacation days in any one year may be carried over to the next succeeding year.


Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year, accrued in accordance with the usual vacation policies in effect at the Company.

Vacation. During each year of the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to a paid vacation period or periods of four (4) weeks taken in accordance with applicable vacation policy as in effect from time to time.

Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company applicable to its senior executives.
