Unsafe Work Conditions. No employee shall be disciplined for refusal to work on a job which is, in the opinion of the employee, unsafe pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act. Any employee claiming the right to refuse such work must immediately report the unsafe situation to local management. A local management representative and a union shop xxxxxxx will investigate the situation. Should this investigation result in a disagreement as to the safety of the job, the parties shall immediately request an inspection and determination by an inspector from the Workers' Compensation Board.
