Reimbursement of Reasonable Travel Costs. This clause is the same as the current Agreement. It details the provision of suitable facilities in the circumstance that it would be unsafe for an employee to drive home due to fatigue. Alternatively, where such facilities are not available, provision is made for reimbursement of travelling costs. Additional provision is made for reimbursement of travelling costs in other specified circumstances where an employee, other than a casual employee, is directed to work outside of their rostered or required hours of work and the period of work starts or finishes outside the ordinary timetabled operating hours of public transport. Relevant arrangements and entitlements are specified.

Clause 15 Domestic/Family Violence This clause is new and introduces application of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment’s Determination 3.1 as it relates to the provision for special leave with pay to those employees suffering from or escaping domestic/family violence. No other part of Determination 3.1 applies to employees covered by this Enterprise Agreement.
