More Definitions of Work to be Performed

Work to be Performed. Services include the facilitation of a smooth transition of Consultant’s former work duties and business contacts to the Company and such other related services as may be mutually agreed from time to time.
Work to be Performed. Except as may be specified elsewhere in the contract, CONTRACTOR shall furnish all plant; labor; materials; tools; supplies; equipment; transportation; supervision; technical, professional and other services; and shall perform all operations necessary and required to satisfactorily design, fabricate, furnish and install the curtain wall systems for the Empire Towers office buildings and all appurtenant structures, facilities and works.

Related to Work to be Performed

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Deliverables means the goods, services, and work product, including all reports and project documentation, required to be provided by Grantee to the System Agency.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Make-Ready Work means all work performed or to be performed to prepare AT&T-22STATE’s Conduit Systems, Poles or Anchors and related Facilities for the requested occupancy or attachment of CLEC’s Facilities. Make-Ready Work includes, but is not limited to, clearing obstructions (e.g., by rodding Ducts to ensure clear passage), the rearrangement, transfer, replacement, and removal of existing Facilities on a Pole or in a Conduit System where such work is required solely to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities and not to meet AT&T-22STATE’s business needs or convenience. Make-Ready Work may require “dig ups” of existing Facilities and may include the repair, enlargement or modification of AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities (including, but not limited to, Conduits, Ducts, Handholes and Manholes) or the performance of other work required to make a Pole, Anchor, Conduit or Duct usable for the initial placement of CLEC’s Facilities.
