Hourly Rate of Pay. 47.4.1 The hourly rate of pay set out herein is paid on classroom teacher hours. The payment to the Teacher based on such hours is payment also for the performance of the Teacher of duties related to teaching functions such as marking, evaluation, completing reports, student interviews, preparation and all such other activities necessarily related to the effective teaching of continuing education pupils.
